The summer festival ends August 17th with the blockbuster hit Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Heres a few tips from HoV to make your viewing pleasure more pleasurable and direction to Bryant Park.

Where:
Bryant Park is located between 40th – 42nd streets between Fifth & Sixth Avenue on the South side of 42nd st.

Subway Stops:
Any of the following lines F – V – B – D to 42nd Bryant Park and 7 to Fifth Avenue stop directly below the park or take the 4 – 5 – 6 trains to Grand Central and walk 3 1/2 blocks west.

When:
Every Monday from June 15, 2009 – August 17, 2009, Park opens for the event @ 5:pm and each film will start 30mins. after sunset.

Restrooms:
Begining @ 7:00pm, Bryant Park’s restrooms are only for women, both ladies and gentlemen can use portable restrooms on 40th st, side of the park.

What to Bring:
We suggest bring a blanket if you want to watch from the lawn and arrive at least 1 hour before show time to claim your space. You can also enjoy the event from the sidelines on 1 of the thousands of park chairs they have available to the public.
